Casa Loase is divided into two luxury living areas. The main part of the villa boasts a huge North American style kitchen worthy of a cruise ship and has a pass through counter to the living/dining area where majestic mahogany louvered doors open to the ocean panorama. The portico entry is a popular place for breakfast, relaxation and exposure to the soft Caribbean breeze while absorbing the colorful landscape and spectacular ocean view. The main floor has a very large bedroom with king size bed, queen sofa bed, bath and private balcony and is wheelchair accessible.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite with king size bed includes a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations, perhaps for children. A luxurious bath has a shower, Roman tub and bidet. There are two other bright and spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own private bath. The upstairs family room entertainment center has 2 comfortable couches - one a queen size sofa bed – TV and wireless internet. From the family room, there is access to a sun terrace offering a truly spectacular view of Costambar and the ocean…
The second part of the villa is reached by covered walkways through a walled atrium provide access to the pool, garden and widely separated bedrooms. Opening to the pool, the garden suite has a king size bed, queen sofa bed, bath. A 6th charming bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath, kitchenette and patio. It also has a view of the garden, pool and 3,000 ft. Mt. Isabel de Torres. The 7th bedroom has two bunk beds. It is the perfect room for children. In addition to the bedrooms, the part of the villa also includes a well appointed kitchenette and is also wheelchair accessible.
Each of the 6 principal bedrooms has air conditioning if needed, and all rooms in both buildings – except for baths – have ceiling fans. High ceilings, mahogany doors and tropical furnishings describe the decor. The botanical garden and secluded pool with aerobic depths offers a tranquil setting; and the sound of a cascading waterfall contributes still another dimension when activated. And, there is a gas barbecue.
